This week’s Bible Story video found in the October 11th folder on the TV in your classroom. This would be fun to play after you tell the story with the story cards and felt pieces.

Worship Songs

Three songs have been provided in the October 11th folder along with the Bible Story so that you can worship through singing with your class. Toddlers and preschoolers will sing these three songs for three weeks. Click the buttons below to preview the songs.

Active Games (Choose as many as you like!) 

• Sleeping Lions: Kids pretend to sleep on the floor like resting lions while a "hunter" or "angel" walks around trying to make them laugh or move without touching them. 

• Roar and Freeze: Children walk around roaring like lions; when you call out "Trust God," they must freeze and fold their hands in prayer. 

• Angel Tag: Assign one child to be the angel and a few to be lions. When the angel tags a roaring lion, the lion "shuts its Omouth" and sits down quietly. 

Craft 1: Playdough Mats (2 year olds- Pre-K 5)

Toddlers and Preschooler use playdough to create the lion’s mane. Click button below for example.
